NLI approves 60pc div

The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Life Insurance Co Ltd was held on Thursday at ``NLI TOWER" in the city.

The Company approved 50% Cash & 10% Stock Dividend to the Shareholders for share of Tk. 100/- each.

Chairman Mahmudul Huq Taher presided over the meeting. Director Tofazzal Hossain, Director Morshed Alam, Director Mostafizur Rahman, Director Dr. Humayun Kabir, Director Alhaj K. M. Habib Zaman, Director S.I Chowdhury, Director Shafiqur Rahman Titu, Director Haroon Patwary, Managing Director Jamal M A Naser, DMD & CFO Dipen Kumar Saha Roy FCA and Company Secretary M.A. Wahab Mian were present at the meeting.

The attended sharehoders thanked the Board of Directors for the achievement of the Company. At the meeting the shareholders unanimously approved the accounts of 2011.
