Fareast Islami Ins declares dividends

 Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company declared 25 percent stock and 12.5 percent cash dividends for its shareholders for the year 2011.

The announcement came at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held at the Bashundhara Convention Centre in Dhaka Sunday, according to a press release.

Alhaj Md Nazrul Islam, Chairman of Fareast Islami Insurance Company Limited presided over the meeting.

Shahriar Khaled, Chairman, audit committee, Md Helal Mia, chairman, executive committee, Ayesha Hussain Jahan, chairperson, policy and claims, Naznin Hossain, chairperson, purchase sub-committee, Mostaq Mahmud, Md Mizanur Rahman, Md Mozzamel Hossain, Asad Khan, Rabeya Begum, directors and Ekramul Haque, managing director of the company were present.
