United Airlines Cargo has expanded its cargo sales and service
center to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week to better assist customers
with booking and tracking, and to provide around-the-clock tools and
information customers need to manage their shipments.
“Keeping our sales and service center open all day, every day is
an important enhancement to our customer service,” said Kyle Betterton, vice
president – United Cargo.
“Customers in the U.S.
and Canada may
now get personalized booking or tracking help from a trained agent whenever
they need it.
