Netherlands-Bangladesh invest $.73m in Mongla EPZ
  The Cotto Factory Limited, a Netherlands-Bangladesh joint venture company, will invest .73 million US Dollar in setting up their unit and will produce Terracotta Clay Tiles items in Mongla export processing zone recently, says a press release. This company will also create employment opportunity for 124 Bangladeshi nationals.
AZM Azizur Rahman, general manager (investment promotion) of BEPZA, and Ali Askar, managing director of The Cotto Factory Limited, signed the agreement at BEPZA Complex, Dhaka.
Major General A T M Shahidul Islam, executive chairman, Md Shawkat Nabi, secretary, SM Akhter Alam Mostafi, general manager (Public Relations) and other officials of BEPZA were also present.
