The visiting CAB Under-15 bagged the one-day series by defeating Bangladesh Under-15 by 43 runs in the second match at the Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna yesterday.
With the victory the visitors took a 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
A quickfire half-century from number eight batsman Rittick Dey powered CAB Under-15 to put up an impressive total of 243 for nine wickets in 50 overs. Rittick smashed six fours and three sixes to make 53 off 36 balls while Kazi Junaid added 47 off 91 balls with five boundaries.
Abhijit (44) and Arif Ansari (30) were the other notable scorers.
Sanjid Hossain picked up three wickets conceding 53 runs in 9 overs.
In reply, Bangladesh Under-15 were all out for 200 runs in 45.4 overs with opener Omar Faruk top-scoring with 52 off 65 balls with the help of seven fours and a six.
Jalal Uddin added 37 and Riazul Islam scored 38 runs.
Pradipta Pramanik, Raktim Bose and Subhrajit claimed two wickets each
