IBBL won't terminate any employee following changes
The Board of Directors of the Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) has said no employee will be terminated following its recent changes, reports UNB. More female employees will rather be recruited for women empowerment while the employee salary structure will be revised with a hike in comparison with other banks, the bank said in a press release on Wednesday.

The decisions were taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 5, the release said.Newly elected Chairman Arastoo Khan and other directors of the bank were present at the meeting.
